OUR SERVICES

With the support of our partners, the Family Heart Foundation and Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular Hospital, we provide genetic cholesterol testing and blood pressure screenings at our women's health and wellness events. Our initiatives raise awareness of heart disease, hypertension, and genetic risk factors while promoting healthier lifestyles, intergenerational learning, and youth advocacy. By combining education, storytelling, and fitness, we aim to build stronger, healthier communities and improve overall quality of life.
